I agree with your solution to the problem of scams, “reject sales pitches that include threats and harassment”. However, I think that the real trick is to recognize the scam as a scam and the scammer as a scammer. To resist propaganda, you have to recognize it as such.
This is really an important question that I just started to ask myself this morning: Why is it that some people do recognize scam and others do not? Where does this ‘skill’ come from?!
To understand this question would be a huge help in combating scams but as for me, I sadly do not know the answer.
My best guess is that this kind of resilience of the mind has nothing to do with intelligence. Because my experience is, that people that I deem really intelligent, often do fail the emotional test of a scam catastrophically. Thus I think scamming might be all about emotions and intelligence will do nothing to harden you against this.
But then, WHAT will harden one against this emotional attacks if intelligence does not do the trick? What is it?
Simple booklearning cannot be it can it? Is it genetic or what? Does anybody have an idea a how to develop this train of thought into more insight?
Is there any research on this topic? at the moment, of all the books I have read there comes not one to my mind which specifically covers that topic and I do have some background in the different philosophies of the sceptics and their dispute with the dogmatic school.
So the 1 Bill. question is:

How does a sceptic become a sceptic and recognize propaganda? Big Question, many answers. Traditional saying abound:, “Once burned, twice shy”; “Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me”. You become more skeptical as you fall victim to wiley scam artists. However, its my personal theory that con games are just a subset of mind/behavior control games that people are constantly playing as a part of normal human interaction. That makes humans sound awful, but the same general strategies are used by loving parents, advertisers, scam artists, serial killers. You recognize deception if you have been hurt, but not if you have been helped–or you think you have been helped. Example–DISTRACTION: have you ever distracted a two-year old in order to get something dangerous away from him? The same technique is used in chess, politics, and war. It’s used every night on the evening news. If you can recognize the age-old techniques of mind/behavior control you will be less vulnerable, but not invulnerable. Plan on being fooled again and again.
What you refer to as intelligence is, in this context, intellect; that is the capacity to break down linear tasks and hold a logical train of thought. This is enabled by the left side of the brain. The left imbalanced people will have tendancies toward domination.
The ability to process emotions comes from the rigth side of the brain, as well as big picture thinking. It will also allow people to be sold on various false beliefs. The right imbalanced will have a bent toward allowing to be dominated, becoming a slave.
Only when you strike a balance between the two side (i.e. stop being brain damaged), can you be deemed to have holistic inteligence. Basically, one needs to learn how to feel and think at the same time.
Most of what you are refering to, in way of lacking scepticism, is coming from the false belief in authority and unwilingness to accept that others might be disposed to do things one would never do; as well as the extremely deleterious lack of willingness to accept personal responsibility.
Many people who are chasing truths leave an impression of a dog chasing a car; if it caught up with one, what would it do woth it? The truth is extreme and does not have shades of gray, the only way to get to it is to go all the way.
To get from here to there, one will be tempted all the way. All the people who are seem to be lacking scepticism, have simply succumbed on the very beginning of their path.

You need to expand your mind to see what is around you
Best ways are
a)Be an outsider- either a social reject or a foreigner
b)Go live in a place where things are different from where you grew up… you see the differences between home and there and compare. MOST people for a POV
c)Get badly hurt by a person, group or scam that you totally bought into so you now are bitter and untrusting
d) Read lots and lots of old books (and watch movies) from a time when the propaganda line was different… seeing how the programing has changed is like item B
above
e)Read Socratic dialogues- after a while liking the ideas you should realize that Plato was an evil post humanist fascist but you will have learn to ask annoying questions…. (DO NOT spend much too time with later philosophers since they mostly suck too)
f)Learn a new language… you can not do NLP to a person very well in their non native language… you also get to think in different ways your own language can not easily construct and you order your thinking in new ways changing native terms to the new terms to speak.
g)Be an unpleasant ass who does not care what other people think

I just read that Bezos’s ex got $38 Billion and Melinda Gates will likely get more. I have no doubt that she will only get the money if she agrees to remain silent, and consents to all the money being repaid if she breaks the silence. This will allow her to step aside and thus get out of the line of fire while Bill caries on as usual.
On the other hand, this could all be a cleverly crafted Diversion.
Re: Solutions – I’m wondering if any on this board are familiar with http://www.qortal.org. A recent video on Sayer Ji’s site (https://www.greenmedinfo.com/blog/livestream-can-they-succeed-criminalizing-alternative-information) discussed a new alternate route for allowing access to a decentralized internet interface (eventually without even requiring internet gateway providers) which would allow one to interact with genuine privacy – without a 3rd party involved – (Discord Community) on a ‘non-de-platformable, non-surveillable interface (since Sayer Ji’s work is also potentially facing censorship).
I’m not describing this appropriately as I do not have a techno background, but it’s a start-up, about 5 yrs old and it appears to perhaps be a potentially authentic alternative to the current centralized system (I will admit that it feels more legitimate to me because Sayer Ji is on board with it) and I was wondering if anyone on this board has any thoughts on the matter.
Call me a luddite – and yes, I am (!) – but I really thought that individuals on this forum would either already know about this or else be very interested in it (as an alternative for counteracting the current totalitarian takedown). Part of the impetus for qortal was the developers’ dissatisfaction with Bitcoin.
This (apparently) is a blockchain which has been distributed globally using ‘minting nodes.’ Per the interview their plan is to expand upon the options available to the community once they reach stability, but it’s open source and Jason Crowe of qortal states that they’d welcome additional help from interested developers.
For what it’s worth, they request ‘lightcoin’ rather than bitcoin for those who’d like to buy in… so maybe the NFL dude truly is barking up the wrong tree…
Concerning ‘currencies’ or however one chooses to describe forms of what I call “value-exchange” and considering a universal lack of knowledge of Earth’s future, I recommend diversification.
A couple possibilities being, “precious” metals, cryptocurrencies, and whatever the commonly used form of value-exchange has been in whatever geographic area one speculates finding themselves in future. US$? Coin (Treasury) over FED paper or digital.
Easily transportable non-perishable forms of nutrition will certainly find a use and exchange value.
An important consideration being, “What do I need to keep my body and mind functioning in healthy ways?” for, from those functions, we make all other Earthly decisions.
Oh, the \/ word? Genetic modification qualifies one to be a “patent-able product” and patent-able products are typically owned and controlled by supranational corporations. Patent-able products are not usually recognized as FREE individuals making voluntary decisions about their own lives.

When checking out Zero Hedge it occurred to me that there might be a correction-in-the-force to avoid a disturbance therein.
Just as Judith Curry’s Climate etc blog is a way for the IPCC to lead the opposition to the IPCC, Zero Hedge, especially since acquired indirectly by the universal spider SERCO, is a way to run the mainstream ideas at doubters of the mainstream.
Could it be that Bill is being shed by his creators? The globsters have demonic energy and boundless resources, but as we know from their clumsy shooting and terror hoaxes, they lack one critical faculty: imagination. Their characters and narratives are infantile. That’s what makes them such good commies and such keen planners. They are convinced that all their simplistic mechanisms and levers will just work and that they just need a few cartoon characters to bring the media-saturated on board.
Trouble is, the Gates character is just too repellent, too inarticulate, too oafish. No amount of lavender pullovers can fix it now. The Musk character is still working on the crowd who think Joe Rogan is cool and edgy. Greta is 3rd gen from a theatrical family and can keep the punters queuing. Klaus is a funny Bond villain, at least. But what do you do with dreary Bill? Where does he fit? Those stiff Dorothy Dix interviews and TED talk environments just make him look worse now. Every scandal will stick.

The simple explanation: variants are determined by referencing RNA snippits from non-isolated PCR-positive specimens to a computer generated gene library. The resultant variant genomes that you have made (or made-up) can then be uploaded to the same library (ready to make the next variant).
More simply: get the sample-wash-rinse-dry-repeat
This is low accuracy, no liability guesswork.

It makes more sense that the “sequencing of metagenomic samples that are then registered in a gene bank” is just fraud. All the variants were spelled out ahead of time in a registry by Illumina and at each predetermined time and place that is convenient for the Covid psy-op to have the next mutant, they say they are looking at samples from which they pick the variant out of the registry like a rabbit out of a hat. Primers from these in-silico genomes (really only a few bases different from the orginal SarsCov2) are then put in PCR tests and like magic you have “found” variants in the places you do these tests. The fraud has high accuracy because nothing biologic is actually measured for the metagenomes, and there is no guesswork, it’s just taken out of the predetermined playbook.
Just like Theranos (deep state on its Board), which was practice for Covid-19, you can make-up a registry and claim it says anything you want.

I watch the 11 PM TV news from SF every few days to see if the narrative/propaganda has changed. Just three nights ago the narrative was all masks and getting the vaccines. The reporters all wore masks. The people they interviewed all wore masks. The stories were all about getting the vaccines.
But tonight, lo and behold! Suddenly even reporter Andrea Borba nee Gorda took off her mask! I haven’t seen her full face on the news for over a year. None of the reporters wore masks tonight. The only time I saw masks was with two doctors they showed for a second in their office or walking outside with masks on, but during the interview with the doctors… no masks.
San Francisco is now in the lowest safest yellow tier. Now the narrative changes: the vaccines worked! You can all come out now and go to the restaurants (none of which shown were full). Again, no masks.
The biggest story was about how all the kids are getting fat around here from the lockdown. The kids have gained around 15 to 20 pounds! A few kids went the other way and look like concentration camp victims. How sad.
But of course the Ken Bastarda anchor of KPIX News never mentions how the government was responsible for this happening or the school boards.
There was also a story about a mentally ill black man who stabbed an old Asian man to death, but the black man is crazy (though he was released from a mental health facility) so it’s okay. The stabber may get life in prison. (I doubt it.)
Earthquakes up near Truckee (4.9 on the Richter scale). Fires in Contra Costa County. “Are they ready for fire season?”
Speaking of which the State Fund for relief payments to all the wildfire victims spent 90% of its money on overhead (lawyers, assessors, insurance agents) and only 10% went to actual fire victims.
The numbers are pitiful. The State Fund has now said that it is paying out $112 million to fire victims on average $13,000 per household. What a joke! PG & E burns down your house and you get $13k. What do you buy? A used RV?
And the final story, which shows the new fear narrative. Looks like the Covid propaganda fear campaign is over (no masks). “Extreme Drought” is the new fear narrative. The whole Bay Area is in Extreme Drought!
So put away your masks, but also put away that watering hose and sprinkler system. No washing your cars or yourself. Clean clothes? It’s hot. Just wear a thong.
Tonight the pivot was made to the Climate Emergency from Covid just as James Corbett predicted months ago.
Well, at least we can breathe now, though since folks won’t be taking showers or washing their clothes soon; you may want to put your mask back on. Buy some pine scented masks.

Not just for waking up other people but for reminding yourself that it all really is just a massive scam; an illusion. And MSM was tasked with producing 90% of that illusion.
Back during the staged riots, MSM literally turned off ‘covid’ for two weeks in the U.S.
‘Covid’ was essentially over, without explanation.
Then they simply flipped the switch back on, knowing that the plebs would forget they ever did it.

NFL and Phone Facial Recognition
The $900,000+ annual salary of the NFL player in the story is what I have observed with some other players.
My granddaughter, an athletic but petite 90 pound young lady, had been the girlfriend of an NFL player for awhile.
One day, he was driving with her in the passenger seat.
She was texting on the phone.
He wanted to see her text. She wouldn’t show it to him. Things got heated, very heated. He pulled the vehicle over, and pulled her by the hair as she was trying to get out. He grabbed her head/hair trying to force her face to the phone to unlock the facial I.D. recognition. Things got much more physical, and it seems she may have had some cracked ribs. Of course, there were a lot of riled family members about this incident, including me.
Maybe phone I.D. facial recognition isn’t cracked-up to be a safe way to lock your phone.
My knee-jerk take on this dynastic divorce drama was that in addition to just pure distraction, the emancipated insider Melinda, who has known “the Devil” from close up, will be built up as a Matriarch and used to promote whatever is needed for the “Great Reset” (as suggested by Mr. Corbett concerning the vaccine): She will become the Martyrized Melinda Madonna figure in the image of Angelina Joli or Jennifer Lopez or AOC to pump us all full of sustainable dreams…
Just more weaponization of the masses’ appetite for tittytainment and hero-worship.

Although I think Cosby got railroaded. It seemed like it was all distasteful, but consensual, f’d-up sex going on. I mean, he is maximum-security prison now! That’s just nuts. This situation makes me a little sad as I had spent time with his family, his to-be-murdered son and was friends with his daughter in 5th grade.
The whole thing is strategically hyped BS: he had one or two affairs, like most people in my entourage, that were distorted and blown out of proportion which were used to bring him down as punishment for refusing to be dissuaded from buying up NBC, while diverting attention from the truly “guilty”.

“I have a few memories as early as 2, 2 and half years old. Sounds like I’m tooting my horn, I know, but it’s true. Nothing earth-shaking. Like in one, I’m just lying on my back in my crib sucking on a baby bottle, spitting some out, kicking my legs in the air being vaguely furious that my Mom seemed to be ignoring me while changing the diapers of my little sister who was 15 months younger than me, in her crib just a few feet to my right. Remember the taste of the baby formula, and the itchy rash on my face where I was drooling the stinky milk on my cheek. Then finally I kicked my legs really high in the air and threw my baby bottle what seemed to be across the room but in retrospect I’m sure it was just over the railing of the bed. My mom yelled at me a lot, she was really mad. I was too.
Also remember standing on the tip of my toes, perched on my chest of light blue drawers, fingerpainting the walls with Desitin butt cream. Got yelled at for that too. Dad thought it was hilarious.

One thing I find intriguing is the emergence of Spiked Online (formerly Living Marxism) from the Revolutionary Communist Party, and the way that the group of founder members of that organisation have achieved prominence in British public life, especially in right-wing politics.

Regarding lab grown meat: it’s a scam. As a cell biologist and tissue engineer I can tell you that there is no way to grow the necessary number of skeletal muscle cells for even just one steak without using massive amounts of animal serum (the liquid component of blood; usually fetal bovine serum is used) and antibiotics. In other words, lab grown meat still requires killing animals and antibiotic use – the very reasons cited for promoting lab grown meat! Please check out The Good Food Institute. Hey thank you for asking! Yeah, it went off without a hitch! The surgeon got done early actually. It wasn’t a very invasive surgery to begin with, but it makes you somewhat nervous regardless. Hopefully everything heals up soon and I’ll be back to 100% in no time. Cheers!

Melinda, who filed for divorce last week after 27 years of marriage which included her husband’s friendship with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, “was well aware of Gates’s womanizing” even after they were in a relationship. My intuition often feels that it’s actually Melinda Gates that is the ‘evil’ driving force behind this duo, and that Bill is somewhat subservient and beta. Just my.
