I too think that some people may be too naive to realize that they have to back up their channels and tell their followers about it in every video they post and have links in the description. They need to push to get their followers on the other platforms. When I find good content I have been downloading it from YouTube to archive it on LBRY to ‘save the library of Alexandria’ to use the analogy that James covered in another video. I also copy the description notes if there are any, and post a link to the original on YouTube plus state that it’s not my content, it’s theirs. Unfortunately it’s a time consuming endeavor, so I’ve got a backlog. But still it’s better than not doing it.

I noted a short clip from Aaron Russo in the Gootube link you posted. Indeed, Aaron’s greatest contribution was the Documentary “America, Freedom the Fascism” (2004). I bought hundreds of copies of it (at a volume discount) and passed them out to anyone I thought would actually take the time to view it with an open mind. That sounds about right. I heard that google is going to turn up the censor-ship big time when they roll out the vaccine. I forgot where I heard it exactly, but it was on an alternative truth medium and he had a friend inside google that said this, and who had provided accurate information to him in the past.
I don’t doubt Google will soon make itself “worthless” by failing to provide search results that are relevant to what people are looking for.

I watch a lot of stuff on YouTube for entertainment, religion, and still Corbett. For as long as it lasts (I don’t know what it will turn into) I’ll keep that up. But your website is bookmarked, so easy to get to. I went to some of the other places but didn’t ‘get’ how to use them (I’m 68) and I do think my mind is not as flexible in learning new technology as it once was.

start using youtube-dl or (easyyoutubedownloader firefox addon) to save your favorite movies or music since at some point Youtube WILL start cleaning those out unless they can monetize the content – YT has NEVER made money, they want to control the narrative but at some point they are really going to push to make you pay for content. Buy some Hard disks and save your favorites

I liked LBRY a lot, but I really LOVE Odysee! Better than ad laden GooTube. The only thing I don’t like about Odysee is that there seem to be a plethora of horror films there… and real life is plenty scary enough for me with all the psychopaths in positions of power and the global elite. I don’t even want to see the cover photo of a horror film! I wish there was a way to have my opening view default to my Favorites. But otherwise, Odysee is great.
I watched a video on GooTube the other day from a wilderness survival expert who said that he put 2 ads to run on his videos at the beginning and the end in order to help monetize his channel. He said a viewer commented that there were 9 ads his video. So the creator logged out and then went to watch his video as a viewer, and sure enough there were 9 ads. So GooTube was not just taking the lion’s share of the earnings from those 2 ads that he had set to run, but they were overdoing it by adding 7 more of their own and not sharing the earnings with him even though it’s his excellent content that is drawing viewers in! YouTube without creators would be NOTHING! Nothing! It’s time creators stop supporting them and move over to Odysee.
Youtube is just another example of a good thing gone bad! We see it all the time, where a Family owed company, or even a Family Farm, is sold to a conglomerate giant only to be turned into something that preys on the unsuspecting customers who learned to Trust the former owners.
If James Corbett had just kept his videos on his own website, it might be worth a Billion Dollars to the Control Freaks to take ownership of all his content. We don’t even have to entertain that thought though seeing as his Documentaries are freely available by way of so many sources.
PS. I would like to support the “Corbett Report” by way of purchasing DVD’s which has been suspended because of “CoVID19”. Is there a chance that the sale of DVD’s will resume? Why not have James Evan Pilato sell the DVD’s out of NM? I think this would be a good solution for U.S. customers and it would give “Media Monarchy” some additional attention. If not, there is always Ernie Handcock, and others, that would make sure that some of the proceeds got back to JC.

I am so grateful my granddaughter and I can play and sing together, an old piano and a couple Ukelele’s, who cares celebrating our voice and breath each day is so liberating. We used to go to the elder care homes and bring joy. Those suffering from the horrid medications they have them on and of course the putrid poison injections come alive with such pleasure. I don’t think the Dollar Vigilante was deleted from RemoveTube this time but rather he made the decision himself to make the channel private to encourage viewers onto the other platforms as he was sick of having to self censor all the time due to blocked videos and childish bans.
That’s another aspect, the sooner people move off of RemoveTube the better, content creators can focus on doing their job without having to deal with broken machine learning algorithms and childish management.
The masses may still be on RemoveTube (If they can tolerate the massive amount of advertising) but have the masses got what it takes to fix the world anyway?

Each time gootube and the rest of these behemoths do this purging and censorship they strengthen the alternatives. Indeed, it is the *way* in which they do it that is most illustrative. TLAV was just sinkholed, and all of a sudden his *account* could not access any google services; no warning, no email, no process for redress.
What Twitter and Facebook did during the Hunter Biden scandal was indicative. They supressed the story to limit its *political* impact on the USA election. This tells us what we already knew, they are powerful organisations with political connections.
Finally, Twitter recasts one of its rules which now says that you cannot post links to sites which are publishing “hacked” materials. Firstly, we dont know if the emails and photos were hacked or not. Secondly, that means you wont be able to post links to wikileaks or other sites that publish leaked materials. Thus, we can see them for what they are: the new gatekeepers.
Oh, and I’ve stopped using youtube-dl to download JC’s material from youtube and now always download from this site. I should have done this years ago.
Youtube-dl has been taken down from git hub due to DMCA. While the program has a lot of various applications, it MIGHT be used to injure copyright of copyrighted material so MS (owner of git hub) was happy to take it down… but wait, people who used youtubue-dl to break copyright probably used windows. Will MS take down windows next?

When I would go to YouTube, there were times I would see Corbett’s “Century of Enslavement: The History of the Federal Reserve” on my “Recommended” list.
I guess someone at YouTube caught an episode of Corbett Report about the censorship of that documentary.
Also, there were two times that the “Recommended” had a Corbett Report Mix.
These stood out for me, because this had never occurred before.

Dan Dicks is being deplatformed from all sides, Twitter and Mail chimp. Mail chimp is going vile and biting the hand that feeds them, they also shut down SGTReport recently.

Good speech. Emotive musical background. Subtitles were nice. (Hearing impaired, I try to stay aware of the challenges that you face).
This is a launch video for one of his new initiatives. I dont question that his heart is in the right place, neither that he’s calling out the currently obvious power hungry geocorporations (new word!). He misses some very important context to events he describes (e.g Chile 1973 — CIA) so I get a bit suspicious. Plus the whole background of “American can continue to rule the world if we just get our democracy back” message.
Its bunk. The USA has never had a representative democracy. Suck me, they had to pass a bill called the “Voting Rights Act” in 1960-something, and our treasured other gender couldn’t vote until the early 20th century.
I suggest replacing the background track with the end of the Life of Brian: Always look on the Bright Side.
But, in one point he is correct; collective action is always the way. Same with dialogue and debate. Censorship is never the answer; better arguments are.
Themtube has not purged my gardening tips channel…….yet.
When your gardening tips begin to influence elections or global finance or geopolitics, then get worried.
But, in the meantime, why not just leave the platform and use something less oppressive to your viewers?

Longtime listener, first-time commenter here.
James mentioned a LBRY app, but a search in my iPhone’s app store brings up no results for a LBRY app. Also no results in the iPhone app store for Bitchute or Brandnewtube, although I did find Minds.
I also searched the Apple TV apps for YouTube alternatives, and found only Vimeo.
I usually either listen on my phone while driving or cooking, or watch on Apple TV (so I can get away from the computer), so the lack of apps for those other platforms will limit how much I can listen/watch.
James has been killing it lately so I’m glad ThemTube has seen fit, in their infinite wisdom, to allow him to continue.
Also, as a subscriber, I’m supposed to be getting a newsletter, right? Where do I sign up for that?

I don’t like to reveal my name and such on an open forum. But I remember you, your activism and your posts at 911blogger. While it is a very vague memory, you and I once had a pleasant email exchange…it may have been about my questions about costs of a broadsheet printing…but I forget the exact topic.
I’m proud to say that I helped kill off 911blogger with my article in the Rock Creek Free Press about how they were banning/censoring all the Citizen Investigation Team supporters. They were heavy handed in pushing the impact scenario at the Pentagon and let the pro-impact “activists” get away with outrageous lies.
Yeah, I remember the issue and fireworks. I pretty much stayed out of the bulk of it then. I still do.

Hi James! The way I see it is this… If people don’t want to hear what you have to say, that is their loss. They won’t learn. To live is to learn. We are still here and I didn’t use YouTube anyways. I have always gone directly to your website. Their loss!
I feel like being direct with the audience is a good thing. An aggressive approach is necessary in these times for no one knows how little time is left. I do feel like James also berates his audience a bit which I think may be counterproductive. That it might spur commitment to get access to alternative media in some is probably true to some degree. But what about new & prospectively new audience members that haven’t gotten their rabbit hole sea-legs yet? I think alternative media, truthy-people & movements should be as welcoming to those folks as possible. That’s where I really question James’ tone.
Do you want to talk about a host who berates his audience? Check out Mark Passio. Even to that I can relate, putting so much information out there for more than a decade must wear a guy down.
The bottom line: it’s all about the information put forward.
LBRY, where I just popped in to take a quick look. I’ve been there before. I know little about the app. Why use an app? I tried scrolling down the page but was interrupted with a pop up telling me to finish my registration. (?) Okay. Oh, there’s a problem. That email is already in use. Uh huh. I tried going forward from there. They sent me an email. Who knows when that will arrive. And on and on and on…
In the meantime, the vid I uploaded to Bitchute didn’t finish processing. I think their specific pro-vaccine stance is taking the harmful stuff out of vaccines and allowing people the freedom to take whatever medicine they want so long as it’s proven safe. A vaccine without the harmful adjuvants is basically a placebo. I still disagree with. Selling safe placebos while pretending it is legitimate medicine is a scam to me. I don’t think they are supporting TPTSB but they are creating their own scam and justifying it because no one suffers health effects.

You could try looking in “settings” and making sure its set to grab offsite links, perhaps extending the offsite Depth… also I THINK that you need to ensure that its set to grab Been a while since I messed with httrack but it WILL save off site stuff, vids you may need to save with youtube-dl
