Blockchain is the ideal control mechanism. Everything is recorded, nothing can be altered. The NSA were involved with the first paper and a non existent person created Bitcoin, a vast trial run for the centralised digital economy.

It is if it’s centralised, and if it’s centralised (like with every upcoming cbdc) it instantly misses the point of the concept’s initial invention and is therefore redundant.
However, bitcoin (and arguably a few other projects) is NOT centralised and everyone can do their part to keep it that way, it’s called “running a node” and costs approximately 200 bucks with a mariyad of solutions you could run your personal node on.
One of those solutions is called “Umbrel” ( https://getumbrel.com/ ) , which is by far the most beginner friendly one.
Yes, it misses the (apparent) point of Bitcoin but it isn’t meant to be Bitcoin, it’s the exact opposite. Deliberately.
It does use blockchain.
I find the idea that Bitcoin creator Nakamoto communicated with all these super crypto geeks for years yet no one could find out who he was astounding. Bitcoin is suspicious.
The only sense in which Bitcoin is “decentralized” is that the full blockchain ledger is endlessly replicated and reproduced at countless nodes. This means that while the means of storage is “decentralized,” the actual data being stored is centralized to the maximum possible degree, since it is indelible and available for inspection everywhere. It’s not “decentralized” in any way that is good or protective. In any sense that matters for “freedom,” it is rather maximally invasive and control-enabling.
The Bitcoin Brigade simply parrot the term “decentralized” (along with “freedom” and “independence”) in a cynical and inverted way, to sell the idiot “Truthers” who have been trained to respond to buzzwords, without any actual understanding of the threat that is closing in on them. By buying into Bitcoin, the “Truthers” are leaping blindly into the maw of the Machine, foolishly crying out, “Freedom!” as they are swallowed whole.

Actually, I’m learning from Mr Dickens. Its not so much about serialization as a mechanism for better financial reward, but easing the production process by working with smaller parts of an article. A 9 000 word article is cumbersome. Split into components, it is far easier to work with. In the process natural separations can be identified to split a very long article into a small serialization. Mechanisms and techniques; the process of publishing.
In this NWNW you repeat a call about CBDC’s which you have been making for a while. I was already “sold” on this, but I see the impending ‘doom’ approaching. So, I’m going to steal all of your sources and build my own version of your narrative! Source citation will, OF COURSE, point back to your work. I’d like to find your first reference, JC, to the CBDC challenge so I can place it within a chronology. The first mention in a subscriber newsletter would be the target. I’ll find it!

Luckily, there are overlaps between the Tor article which I am completing and this rising CBDC abomination. Tor describes itself as a “censorship avoidance” network. But, censorship (think about the word) is a direct product of surveillance: you cannot block that which you do not know exists.
Secondly, Mr Stallman (father of GPL) is a staunch advocate of cash.
I look forward to weaving a narrative involving some of the Tor elements, Stallman and the CypherPunks particularly, which provide a parallel historical approach to the same “impending doom”.

Wow! While Pippa may underline the need for a “digital constitution” this article is even more revealing. The CBDC biometric digital ID nightmare she outlines here, is EXACTLY what James has been telling us! She practically quotes him!
I wouldn’t call it back peddling, she just confirms the insane plan. Considering our current constitution and bill of rights are doing little to nothing to control government over reach, I don’t see how a digital/data version is going to offer any protection from the corporations, banks and governments that will be controlling us with these weapons.
