    ‘Sup James,

If you get a speeding ticket in a speed trap where one cop clocks you and another cop further down the road gives you a ticket, you can win that one, as well. The second cop is giving you a ticket based on hearsay. He did NOT see the radar! I was ticketed like that. I explained to my attorney how the officer’s signature was perjury. It took him a minute to understand, but then he went into the courtroom. Case was tossed. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I asked her whether this was a criminal action or a civil action. She replied, โ€œItโ€™s hard to explain it in those terms.โ€ I asked whether she intended to proceed under criminal procedural rules or in civil procedure. We would proceed under the โ€œrules of criminal procedure,โ€ she answered because this is a criminal case. I asked when I could expect to be charged, indicted, or have a probable cause determination. She replied that none of those events would occur because this is โ€œa civil action.โ€ So I could expect to be served with a complaint? No, no. As she had already explained, we would proceed under the criminal rules.
