Sounds like they (Rand corp.) saw the results of the Asch conformity experiments, combined it with some other psychological warfare tactics, weaponized it, fine tuned it and now they use it to manufacture consent on a massive scale.
I have been recently reaching out to community organizers and leaders in Northern Ontario in an attempt to get a feeling for how much resistance the locals are going to put up against the massive open pit Lithium and Cobalt mines that are planned to be set up (which as I have said in comments on other threads, will decimate the Boreal Forest and contaminate water ways on a large scale). Based on what around 10 different community leaders have told me about how the mining companies have been sending in teams and holding “town meetings” I believe that this “Delphi technique” is being used by the Lithium mining corporation psyop teams to grease the wheels so they can get the greenlight to clear cut the Boreal Forest and carve into the bones of Mother Earth so they and their corporate “sustainable development” friends can sell us EVs and “smart” gadgets.
They are also just bribing any vocal opposition (especially in the fiscally impoverished Indigenous communities) with substantial sums of money and then getting them to sign binding contracts that make it so they are legally bound from making any future claims about environmental or health concerns (it seems to be working on about 90% of them).
I will share this intel you have gathered with my contacts up north to hopefully empower them to inform their community members how they are being played and manipulated. Thanks again.

Here is an example where outside money brought paid facilitators to a public meeting who then used aspects of Delphi to limit who could speak to the group, shut down dissident speakers with time blocks, moved the group into multiple “breakout sessions” so that dissidents couldn’t speak to the entire group, and then shut down the dissident voices by muting them on Zoom and kicking them out of the “public meeting” altogether.

I would fill it in a way that people reading the feedback are led to understand that their management has tricked them into this survey and idea altogether, and how this is a horrible idea for them and their family.

Mr. Corbett, So…Rosa Koire publishes this in 2011, stating that in their fight against the city of Santa Rosa..(Deborah must have learned from her)….that the city had the plan until 2018.
So….How did they do in the 2017 “wildfires” of Santa Rosa, which did strangely conform to the city’s previous rezoning plans, eh?
Or did they figure it out in 2016, when they had their “evacuation drill”? As they did in Paradise one year previous to it’s destructions…and in both instances, in the year’s time between the “practice drill” and the real deal, the four lane roads leading out were reduced to two lanes.
I recall how Trump, Newsome, and Brown all came in their jesuit blacks for a photo-op on the charnel grounds of Paradise Lost.
@openlens It looks like, per current events, that some agency somewhere has learned how to harness fire with target precision. JMHO I cannot prove it, but boy has there been a lot of fires to go along with certain agendas. Bigger, hotter and precisely ignited.

i’ld add that a satellite would have to have a big power source to start a fire from 150 to 20,000 miles away, especially considering the hot micro waves as deployed from the cell-towers seem to lose punch after 3 miles.. but then theres 6 and 7g..

The subject seems to be like virology, a grand canyon of a rabbit hole, large, complex, including lotsa supposition laced hot air, false trails and dubious claims.
I think the smoking guns on this topic are the cars with slumped sheet metal door panels with the adjacent interior plastic in as-built condition, all glass blasted outwards, while adjacent trees and grass are unaffected though something caused the entire aluminum engine head to pour out onto the ground in a puddle. Ive not seen fire thats fueled by vegetation discriminating tween plastic wood or metal, not to mention smelting aluminum.

Electromagnetic waves is kind of my thing.
DEW weapons do not work well over large distances, because the power
reduces just like the brightness of a flashlight.
The focus is only limited. The lower the frequency,
the worse the focus. And far less power.
Also a laser needs focus over distances. Just try your laser-pointer
over 100 meter. It becomes weaker over distances.
Main problem with the laser:
You need to generate about 100x more power than you get out of a laser.
Then there are other problems:
Radiowaves above certain frequencies can not reach far, because
water starts absorbing it.
Weather radars are using this principle.
Ultra-violet lasers can not reach far, because almost all
matter tries to absorb it.
There are some small frequency bands that can be used.
Like visible light, that we see from the sun.
And some infrared.
Certain high frequency waves, which we use for communication.
Etc.
Other problem: If you want to target something it must absorb and
not reflect nor ignore the waves that you send to it.
For humans it is the frequency of water.
For buildings it is slightly different, usually wood or stone.
And for planes it is metal (Al, Ti).
So in short. To target something you need a lot of power
and convert that to laser-light or waves.
Then you need to focus that power, which is harder with waves.
You need to bypass the clouds and atmosphere.
You need something that the target reacts to.
And you want it to be invisible.
This is a trillion dollar project, just to set a few houses
to flame.
Still it is not really invisible.
And still it is easy to trace it to certain satellites
or airplanes. Or even to certain radio bases (Haarp-like).
Alternative:
You give 1000 bucks to a crazy extremist (like antifa),
and they will do it for you.
If you want to know the real-world capabilities of the military,
just look at what is happening in/around Ukraine.
They are testing the weapons over there.
I think a quick ‘solution’ to the problem at hand is first to boycott any participation in the survey.
And second, to use whatever means is available to bring to the public’s attention
this Delphi Technique game they are playing with us.
For the latter it will take some ingenuity and probably a bit of spare cash.
No James, the bank of England has jurisdiction in the UK, not just England
I have an idea for anti-delfying the online delfiers: We could all ask for hard copies for use the next time there’s a run on toilet paper during the next “pandemic”.

Although, if one took it seriously, one’s ‘answer’ may have implications in an individual’s ‘trust’ in James Corbett in future, or stimulate follow-up research, as he always suggests, however, the ‘function’ of reinforcing the initial ‘given’ (James Corbett used “The Delphi Technique” to convince us …) was primary.
Now, what about that concept, “The Delphi Technique” being used ‘constructively’ ??
Having introduced the possibility that ‘tDt’ was used ‘on us’ in a ‘desirable’ way (convincing us of valuable knowledge about how we may be being unconsciously manipulated), can that indicate that the technique CAN be used in a “positive” way?
Will ‘tDt’ become a ‘method’ in freeing the minds of those who are ‘programmed’ toward compliance over freedom? curing those who believe liars?
Is it coercive?
Online Anti-Delphi method: feign zealous support and select the most outrageous answers possible to give false confidence to the experts, encouraging them to overplay their hand.
Quite often we think that we’re rational human beings being able to analyse and think about the things that are going on in our world. Unfortunately, it turns out that we react way more impulsive and emotionally than we would like to admit. Recently, I read the book “Never split the difference” “Negotiating as if your life depended on it” by Chris Voss. Chris is a former FBI International hostage negotiator and explains in his book how we can communicate with “opponents” in a way that creates our outcome while they think it was their idea. An antidote to the Delphi technique. Knowledge is our biggest weapon against these titrants for they too are subjects to this human weakness. I think one of the best ways to challenge these online Delphi-type “consultations” is to call them out. When I respond to them (which is not often for the reasons given in the video) I always keep a copy of the questions as well as the answers, by pdf, or if that doesn’t work, screen grab. I see it as a kind of historical proof of the way we are being manipulated.

He filmed the consultation, detailing the questions, with his comments on how manipulative they were and his suggestions on how to answer them.
During the Plandemic in 2020 the Scottish Government held several online public “feedback” sessions which were simply exercises in public manipulation. I participated in one on the question of whether lockdown should be extended. I noticed that any response suggesting that lockdown should not be extended was “locked by a moderator” – usually for being “similar to other responses”. I made a video showing the process and how it was being manipulated, and uploaded it to Steemit. It was not the most interesting video ever, and I didn’t expect anyone to watch it, but I saw it as a kind of public historical record of how anti-lockdown voices were being shut down.
When the London traffic congestion zone was expanded, many people drew attention to the fact that public consultations had been very strongly against the measure, but they were ignored. I think this is waking more people up to the government’s disregard of democracy, to the extent that some are questioning the legal basis of these regulations.
I don’t know if to submit questions here or with dm but one thing I’m curious about lately is FOX News, specifically Tucker Carlson. He comes out saying left and right does not exist the the democrats and republicans have shared secret interests. How is that message allowed on that network? I am really confused about this. I came to like Tucker Carlson on the basis of his reporting, even reporting on the mRNA injection damages. At the same time I am really suspicious. There is no way FOX News goes from spreading 9/11 lies and pushing for wars in the Middle East, to now being the messenger of truth, or is there? Can you make sense of this? Could there possibly be a fight of the Elites?

Yes I can see that. The problem however I have with this is: what is the difference between controlled opposition and genuine opposition? If controlled opposition says exactly the same as genuine opposition how is that controlled opposition? Just because they are mainstream? Because then anyone can be put down as controlled opposition though he may be genuine. I see a danger in this too

One idea to consider would be to create an alternative survey that is “like for like” with the one proposed by the Bank of England, but with neutral terminology and unbiased information, including a list of pros and cons to consider before taking the survey. For the purposes of this discussion, we’ll refer to the two surveys as the biased “BoE survey” and the unbiased “independent survey.”
This independent survey could be promoted anywhere the Bank of England survey is being shared on social media and other platforms. After completing the independent survey, each participant could be asked to complete the Bank of England survey and to include a link to the independent survey in their responses to each question.
This approach would provide a counterbalance to the Bank of England’s biased survey and allow participants to make a more informed decision about their responses. By promoting the independent survey, we could raise awareness of the need for unbiased information and encourage people to think critically about the questions being asked.
I keep learning.

As to how to answer rigged online surveys like this, just offhand, here’s a suggestion: for many people to flood it with a single stock answer – everyone answering every question with a single pointed phrase, such as “Consult the Oracle of Delphi!”. Or perhaps a nonsensical phrase like, for example, “We are Ralph!” At least, on the back end of it, someone could ask the BoE wallahs, what was the most common reply you received? If they were forced to admit that the modal answer was “We are Ralph!”, people might realize that there is something off about the whole thing.
