Great episode! I’ll have to watch the AI chat bot episode. Glad that the AI issue is being discussed and the real threat it may pose to humanity. Implemented for surveillance, infiltration, warfare and economic exploitation etc. is very unsettling. If they ever are able to build a clone or fake person lacking a soul, would people prefer to interact with that over a real person? And why is that preferable for some people? Who knows. It’s hard to predict what might happen in the future.
It’s hard to wrap my mind around. But I remember a very creepy Black Mirror episode I watched called Metalhead that came to mind after watching this New World Next Week episode.

It’s about these robotic dogs that were programmed to protect warehouses and something went wrong with the programming (I think, will have to re-watch) and they now function as an almost indestructible killing drone that tags a person for destruction similar to a terminator.

I can understand why real intelligence doesn’t matter if the thing can still be programmed for evil purposes.
I hope some tech savvy people will learn how to subvert this type of tech and/or people will not buy it or support it’s use.

What if the joke about animating a human corpse is not a joke, but somewhere along the truth of the purpose of the Great Reset?
Right now we can see how with enough data about our text communication, they are able to create chatGPT.
Since they see us as nothing more than individual systems of bio-metric chain reactions in response to input through our 5 senses, then with enough data collection from us using Internet of bodies, they should be able to create a chatGPT version that simulates a human being’s body reactions to its environment.
With artificial life technology that might be able replace our brain using similar methods, our future generation’s living bodies will serve as ingredients for sentient AI.

Maybe that is why Yuval Harari talks about future “humans” having their body parts constantly connected to the cloud. Without the cloud’s database and its algorithms, these sentient AIs would not be able to function.
