No anger, no lashing out at the world or at the PTSNB. It is all within ourselves to change our lives and the world we live in.

I myself regularly fall into the trap of focusing on what others should do or just being mad about it all. That people are ignorant, that politicians are liars, that bankers are criminals and how bad the situation is that we are in. I still find it really hard to make a positive change in my life using the knowledge that I accumulated over the last few years.

However, even in an anarchal paradise there would have to be some form of judiciary to resolve problems arising from differing interpretations of mantra. So some would not be feeling too free when the “court” reasoned against them.
