Interview 1769 – The Climate Change Gambit on The Last American Vagabond

by | Dec 3, 2022 | Interviews, Videos | 25 comments

via TheLastAmericanVagabond.com: Joining me today is James Corbett, here to discuss a very contentious and manipulated topic, one that is being hoisted above the population as an absolute, as those in power no longer ask, but demand, your compliance. Of course we are discussing the ominous specter of “Climate Change” and whether this is exactly that, a specter, a ghost, an illusion designed to create, initiate, and justify a long-sought technocratic agenda

    • Thanks for that video. I haven’t finished listening to it yet but I did watch this one that was in the side bar that I quite enjoyed:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KGn-6kGoD0c

      He’s quite engaging to listen to

      and I’m happy to see that he wasn’t knocked out of the interview game after the farce of the so-called “Greenpeace sting” which should have had a boomerang effect, speaking volumes about the moral bankruptcy of the bought-out environmental activist group rather than the “sceptical scientist” they were attempting to take down.

    • In addition to the “carbon drought” or “famine”, I wonder what he would have to say about stratospheric aerosol injection?

      At any rate, much of what he says strongly resembles what a certain French physicist by the name of François Gervais has also been saying for over a decade. The latter spoke a lot about “saturation” though I had some trouble grasping his metaphorical explanation having to do with kissing a woman on the cheek (those French!).

      It was Tony Heller who made that concept relatively clear for me.

  1. Been in the works for a long time, just like the “pandemic.”

    “We have got to ride the global warming issue. Even if the theory of global warming is wrong, we will be doing the right thing in terms of economic policy and environmental policy.”

    Former U.S. Senator Timothy Wirth (D-CO), then representing the Clinton-Gore administration as U.S Undersecretary of State for global issues

    (Wirth now heads the UN Foundation which lobbies for hundreds of billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to help underdeveloped countries fight climate change.

    Speaking at the Rio conference, Deputy Assistant of State Richard Benedick, who then headed the policy divisions of the U.S. State Department said:

    “A global warming treaty [Kyoto] must be implemented even if there is no scientific evidence to back the [enhanced] greenhouse effect.”
    – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    Carbon dioxide is necessary for plant growth. Less then 150 ppm and all plant life will die ending the production of oxygen and thus, ending the existence of humanity. More Carbon Dioxide in the air means crops grow better and require less water.
    – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    There is no “peak oil.” The US has enough oil in the “Bakkan” field under Dakota/Montana/Saskatchewan to last hundreds of years. With the oil of Gull Island, Alaska included, oil should be 10 dollars a barrel and gas, .50 a gallon.
    – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    Oil is not a “fossil” fuel. Oil is unlimited, abiotic, and in constant renewal from deep in the earth.
    https://atlasreport.substack.com/p/abiotic-oil
    A gillion years ago the Large Animals did NOT have a convention to decide where to die.
    – – – – – – – – – – – – –
    Oil was first a lubricant and the 2nd most prevalent liquid on Earth

    After automobiles, in 1892 oil Barron Rockefeller sent his scientists to a convention in Switzerland. And because everything has Hydrogen, Oxygen and Carbon, they got the convention to name Oil a “fossil fuel.”

    The mything of “fossil fuel” made it seem rare and a good validation to raise lots of $$.

      • Thanks. Indeed we have been played over 100 years on this stuff by the controllers. Knowledge is power and hence they try to hide so much from us to maintain their control.

      • I checked out the link. Far above my pay grade to comprehend :-))
        Call it EJ’s Blind Spot 🙂

        The bigger picture of course is found (I’m not religious) in that Ecclesiastes quote “Men come and go but Earth Abides.”

        The title of the first book (Earth Abides) I ever read as a young boy. Great stuff for back in the 50’s. Recently bought a new copy off of Amazon.

        Bottom line, no matter what happens to humans, the planet will renew itself and sprout new flora, fauna, animals, etc. only our arrogance and ignorance keep us thinking we are something special. Well we are, but not THAT special.

        The McKenna brothers did some amazing research on Psilocybin back in the 60’s on its connection to our expansion of consciousness, etc.

  2. Hey, big C man! Why ain’t there no December open thread? Is the world gonna end????

  3. They Live – FILM
    Movie link – https://www.corbettreport.com/they-live-flnwo-18/#comment-128888

    I re-watched “They Live” about two weeks ago. The “Closed Caption” version was temporarily offered on a free movie platform. I paid more attention to some of the lines. Also, I was amazed at the resolution for a 1988 film. The Odysee version has that same high resolution.

    118 minute mark
    – Ballroom Scene –
    Stage Speaker says,
    ”Our projections show that by the year 2025, not only America but the entire planet will be under the protection and the dominion of this Power Alliance. The gains have been substantial, both for ourselves and for you: “The Human Power Elite”. (Applause)

    Seconds later, a nicely dressed old codger comes up to the two and congratulates them for joining the Power Alliance. This is the same fella at the 20:22 mark sitting in the chair on the vacant lot camp. You will recognize his voice.

    – Three Greenhouse Gases –
    NOTE this line…
    1:10:14 minute mark – TV screen message from the Resistance
    ”Look around at the environment we live in. Carbon Dioxide, FluoroCarbons and Methane have increased since 1958. Earth is being acclimatized. THEY are turning our atmosphere into their atmosphere… …We are like a natural resource to THEM… …all we really are is livestock.”
    Perhaps John Carpenter was already getting hit with a “Greenhouse Gas” narrative by 1988.

    This link has some QUOTES: https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/They_Live

    • totally creepy… especially the last excerpt! Since watching the movie, I’d zapped that part for some reason!!

    • Fluoride Chemicals are mentioned above.
      Look at this recent “Climate Change” approach to ending an extremely toxic Fluoride Chemical…

      “Legal Petition Urges California Officials to Phase Out Deadly Pesticide Linked to Climate Change”
      https://fluoridealert.org/news/legal-petition-urges-california-officials-to-phase-out-deadly-pesticide-linked-to-climate-change/

      Sulfuryl Fluoride
      is 4,800 times more potent than carbon dioxide in trapping heat, consequently contributing to CLIMATE CHANGE, and it is a threat to public health.
      Sulfuryl fluoride also lasts in the atmosphere for 36 years…
      …California is the largest consumer of sulfuryl fluoride in the world.
      …Sulfuryl fluoride is used primarily in the fumigation of drywood termites.

      In 2004 and 2005 EPA approved its use with high fluoride levels on all processed food, beans, grains, flour -and much more, including a fluoride residue of 900 ppm on dried eggs!

      In all animals (rats, mice, rabbits, dogs) exposed to Sulfuryl Fluoride in Dow’s experiments, it was found to create severe and rare effects in the brain. Notably, it harmed the brain white matter and created vacuolation (holes) in several parts of the brain (cerebrum, white matter, thalmus/hypothalmus, etc.). Incredibly, effects on the bone were not studied.

      It is classified as a toxic air contaminant and is a neurotoxin, causing illness, disabilities and death.

      – SOLUTIONS –
      There are several viable alternatives to sulfuryl fluoride for controlling drywood termites and other pests. Heating affected areas to 120 degrees Fahrenheit for roughly 30 minutes has proven a safe and effective method of eradicating termites. Localized treatments using orange oil, baiting, microwaves or electric pulses are also cost-effective alternatives.
      [Other alternative deterrents not listed (like fine grade sands, Diatomaceous earth DE, boric acid, or cinnamon.)]
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      My “think” –
      If this chemical can last for 36 years in the atmosphere, then how long will it stay around in the body?
      Also, I want to point out the irony…
      Evidently, the “importance factor” that gains some momentum is Climate Change, not the health of people and animals.
        • “Ooo! Yeah! Them Texas BUGS can eat right through a metal can if there’s something tasty to get at inside of. They have jaws like lawnmowers.” says Lorna with Tiny listening in amazement while smoking her light cigarette.
          [From the 2012 movie “Breathless”]
          The dialogue script writers typed out some superb, classic conversation for the first 10-15 minutes of that film.
          I was floored by the well-written lines in a context of west Texas trailer trash. The dialogue took Texas stereotypes to a new level.
          ”It’s a wild story, Tiny–a real wild story. You ain’t gonna believe it.”
          Tiny – ”No, you know me, Lorna. I believe in stories – probably why I get myself into so much trouble.”
          Lorna – ”I heard a heck of a lot of money has gone missing. $100,000, all cash.”
          Tiny – ”I didn’t think there was that kind of money in the whole state of Texas, never mind a bank in Red County.”
          Lorna – ”Go ahead, have one of mine.”
          Tiny – ”Mm-mm, those things will kill you.”
          Lorna – ”Them light cigarettes you smoke will kill you just the same, only slower.”
          Tiny – ”Don’t hound me for trying to buy a little bit of extra time on this earth in case something worthwhile comes up. Now tell me about this great robbery.”
          Lorna – ”He went and took his wife’s own hose. Can you believe the nerves of that man? He probably expects I was never gonna find out. God, if dumb was dirt, Dale would cover about an acre.”
          Lorna – ”I figured I’d rather split that money with a good friend than let that thieving dog of a husband get away with it.”
          Tiny – ”I ain’t gonna sit here and disagree with that.”
      • It might not last in the body very long at all. It appears to be water soluble and a volatile gas, so might be given off and/or peed out quickly. That’s not to say it isn’t toxic…
      • RE: Toxic Fluoride Chemicals and the “tactic approach of Climate Change”
        Tuesday December 6, 2022 – NBC News
        U.S. aluminum plants are releasing tons of a highly potent greenhouse gas, unlike their counterparts abroad
        https://archive.ph/aLoz4
        EXCERPTS
        This article was published in partnership with Inside Climate News, a nonprofit, independent news outlet that covers climate, energy and the environment.
        ROBARDS, Ky. — Shielded by protective hoods and covered by a hard outer crust, giant pots brimming with molten aluminum bubble gently in a series of long, metal buildings here that make up the smelter Century Aluminum Sebree. This is one of the country’s largest sources of a potent greenhouse gas that remains in the atmosphere for 50,000 years, tetrafluoromethane (CF4).
        In 2021, this aluminum plant vented 23 tons of CF4 as well as a ton of hexafluoroethane — both are perfluorocarbons, or PFCs, that are among the most potent and longest-lasting greenhouse gases on the planet, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
        The pollution equals the annual greenhouse gas emissions of 40,000 automobiles, ones that will effectively remain on the metaphorical road for tens of thousands of years.
        Meanwhile, a newer plant also owned and operated by Century Aluminum in Grundartangi, Iceland, emits just one-sixth the PFC emissions per ton of aluminum compared to the company’s Sebree plant, according to an Inside Climate News assessment of EPA data, as well as financial and environmental reports published by Century and Nordural, its Icelandic subsidiary…
        Although they are considered nontoxic by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), CF4 and hexafluoroethane belong to a class of synthetic, fluorine-containing chemicals known as “the immortals” because of how long they remain in the atmosphere. Once the gases are released, they are “essentially permanent additions to the atmosphere” and threaten “the public health and welfare of current and future generations,” the EPA notes.
        However, unlike carbon dioxide, the primary driver of climate change, the EPA does not regulate PFCs….
        ~~~~~ NOTE: Note that last line. The EPA regulates CO2, but not PFCs.
        And note that OSHA ‘considers’ PFCs to be nontoxic.

    • I’m sure John Carpenter has inside knowledge, that’s why I have been avoiding smart bombs since 1974.

  4. The climate is def changing for the worse and the predatory class understands this and is piggybacking off of the natural changes to control you. The magnetosphere is decreasing and decreasing our protection from gamma rays, etc which increase seismic and volcanic activity. The poles are going through an excursion (and accelerating) and the sun is most likely the main cause of these changes. We are seeing massive changes in the planets of our solar system (Pluto lost its atmosphere, Neptune is having strange temperatures and storms reversing, etc. etc etc.)

    In terms of nitrogen. You are viewing this incorrectly. We need to take back our ability to farm without paying (Monsanto, etc) for all inputs. This can be done by pairing with fungi (mycorrhizal) and microbes. Specifically when referring to nitrogen with rhizobacteria (hairy vetch, field pea, etc). The decentralization of our food is the key to minimizing control and until we start regenerating the soil we have little to no shot of this happening. Our understanding of the soil and plants are beginning to advance and this could either liberate us or continue to have us divided. We just started to understand endophytic processes in plants. Synthetic nitrogen destroys both the endophytic process and also mycorrhizal life which is essential to healthy plants.

    This is the key. Organizations like Bionutrient Association have proven that healthy soil can increase the nutrient density of vegetables by 500% and antioxidants & flavinoids by 20,000%.

    By making our food much healthier we can decrease our reliance on big pharma, by creating our own inputs (KNF, JADAM, etc) we can put the power back into the farmers. Just 1% increase in soil organic matter per acre increases water retention by 166,000 liters of water which helps in areas suffering from drought. By creating biochar we can put that number much higher. This also allows us to grow food with as little as 20″ of rain per year.

    It would be a much more effective strategy for the predatory class to give half truths. We need to start thinking about it through this lens.

  5. This is the goal for them.

    https://original.newsbreak.com/@abbey-the-food-scientist-1600510/2839158386964-vanilla-is-the-first-food-made-from-plastic

    Let’s get back to Neil Postman’s inquiry and start asking these questions Non-Stop about tech.

    1. “What is the problem to which this technology is the solution?”

    2. “Whose problem is it?”

    3. “Which people and what institutions might be most seriously harmed by a technological solution?”

    4. “What new problems might be created because we have solved this problem?”

    5. “What sort of people and institutions might acquire special economic and political power because of technological change?”

    6. “What changes in language are being enforced by new technologies, and what is being gained and lost by such changes?”

  6. It has just struck midnight and listening to the evocation of Absolute 2ero Carbon emissions made me think of Zenna Henderson’s terrifying short story “Hush!” aka “The Noise-Eater” featured in the collection “The Anything Box” that you can read in roughly 8 minutes starting on page 58 on the Internet Archive website:

    https://archive.org/details/TheAnythingBox/page/n57/mode/2up

    Once we’ve eliminated all the emissions belched out from industry then oceans and volcanos and also animals, what about all those that are languorously exhaled by us human beings?

  7. Hey Corbett, an episode on toxic chemicals on our daily products, food, clothing etc would be a good solutions watch episode as you could elaborate on the alternatives and how to avoid essentially getting cancer

    • That’s a great idea and would be an excellent solutions watch. People starting families in freedom oriented communities need to protect their children and themselves from the toxic array of chemicals we are exposed to to ensure a healthy population. This will reduce risk of disease.

      What I see much more clearly is that the pharma cartel seems be profiting off disease and even facilitating disease and generating new markets for itself. People get sick from the jabs, toxins, stress and processed foods and become consumers in the medical industrial complex. It’s sick how it seems to function. They profit off of the declining health of the population.

      There is a higher incidence of colon cancer and other cancers among young people, some even in their 20s. In fact the recommend age for colonoscopy screening in the US may be changed to 45 years old in light of the increase in colon cancer in young people. Why is there such and increase in cancer among young people?

      Dr. Mercola has a lot of useful information that I need to review. I have been lucky genetically to have avoided cancer thus far despite my less than perfect diet. What I am working on is learning how to grow my own food so I don’t need as much from the grocery store.

  8. So I went to the CBC website looking for Climate Change porn and other fake news stories.
    I wasn’t disappointed!

    I’ve been waiting for the opportunity to tell someone, anyone, that I am suffering
    from climate change fear and it’s keeping me awake at nights. That I’m a nervous wreck.
    Just to see their reaction. 🙂

    Well now we get news from the CBC that 75% of young adults suffer from this very anxiety. (Gee I wonder why?) They report that the ‘climate crisis’ is affecting their mental health!
    http://www.cbc.ca/news/science/what-on-earth-religion-climate-anxiety-1.7122440

    And today Feb 28, in a repeat podcast, the CBC delves more into ‘climate change is now a mental health issue’. Listen starting at 26:00 on ‘What on Earth’, if you can stomach listening to this guy.
