  1. I am calling on James Corbett and any subscribers to support the Kill Bill C-51 petition currently going forward by OpenMedia.ca. With the Canadian federal election beginning to ramp up, this initiative needs exposure and 300,000 signatures. The apathetic need not apply. Canada is moving in to a dark rabbit hole, if this is not faced head on.

    • NDP and even some Liberal MP’s (and lets face it, future MP’s, Conservatives are being attacked on 3 fronts again, with the BQ back with an actual team and actual backing in Quebec, things might be a bit crazy, but at least, the more parties the better), are absolutely against the C-51 bill, and are ready to revoke what they can from it or all of it.At least that’s what they say now, we haven’t had enough changes in Federal politics to see what will happen. And we don’t have anything like Citizens United decision of 2011 in the US where the 9 in black went probably forgot to take their pills before passing that insanity. Barack Obama in 2008 was elected, yes, and his biggest donor, allowed by law, was 1 million dollars by the University of California. Now Universities being allowed to do that is questionable. But Obama, managed to beat Hitlery Clinton with very little corporate support, of course all that changed in 2012.

So yeah, I imagine we will have a short-lived, again back to minority conservative gov, that will be heckled so much they wont last long and if the NDP and some Liberals (the liberals are a mixed bag of leftists, centrists and centre-right if we’re going to give this left-right thing some validity…of course if we use the 2 axis system, Conservatives are extremely Authoritarian, Liberals less so, and NDP even less so as they have to count on numbers of MP’s who win, they don’t have star candidates…star candidates isn’t really a thing here except in exceptional circumstances.
