Is this how food shortages are going to make an appearance in the U.S. and in other parts of the world which have so far remained untouched?
Three truckers have died during protests in Australia, Portugal and Spain as per numerous news reports as of the time of this writing. The Seoul, South Korean government has announced preparations to use military vehicles and non-commercial vehicles to transport food and goods due to strike threats from South Korean truckers. As far away as the Congo, truckers are refusing to move goods.
Spanish truckers are on strike indefinitely.
We have boots-on-the-ground information from Spain through a member of our message board at www.ActionWars.com who reported today that grocery stores were being emptied by panicked buyers and to forget about buying fresh fruits and vegetables, they were all gone. Many petrol stations were without petrol. Those stations that still had petrol saw vehicles lined up waiting for fuel.
Is this information a harbinger of things to come for the rest of us? I think it is. Though I support the truckers in their strikes, this could mean that living conditions are going to become extremely uncomfortable for those of us who have not prepared for such a scenario.
Do not wait any longer to stock up on food and necessary items. In Spain, it took approximately two days for this scenario to play out and left people with little to no time to secure enough food and supplies to last in the event an extended strike.
If this happens in the U.S. and the situation becomes violent, this could be the excuse the New World Government has been seeking to bring about Martial Law. We shall see what steps these other governments take regarding the strikes and protests which are already taking place.
Developing story.
